Descriptions
Assists the manager with administrative tasks related to internal operations, domestic, regional and international travel, internal and external meetings,composition and filing of expense reports.
Takes charge of the manager’s schedule and effectively manages calendar, meetings, and events so that working days are efficiently organized.
Takes charge of logistical planning of team morale or other team activities or programs
Coordinates team budget planning and control
Manage the team HC, internal transfer or other change in the org
Responsible for working with the Executive Assistant to senior executives and managing visits of senior executives
When required, serves as liaison to executive committees, other divisions and corporate administration groups
Provides detailed data, information and resources in preparation for meetings.
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of corporate and legal information.
Support the site BM to organize various activities or programs if in need
Qualifications
Strong sense of responsbility and self-motiveted attitude;
Solid Experience in managing GM level personnel at a multinational company. Preference that this multinational is a tech company, given the pace of tech vs other industries
Needs to have strong networking skills. Within their nature to build connections with people.
Strong English communication skills. Expect the interview to be conducted in English and Chinese
Can multitask and demonstrate proactive behavior
Excellent computer skills; highly experienced in calaendar management, Teams or other tools
Strong clerical skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple-step procedures and handle frequent interruptions in work flow.
Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of technical staff essential.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
College coursework in business, administration or related field preferred.
