為進(jìn)一步做好外籍教師公開招聘工作,提高中外合作辦學(xué)師資質(zhì)量,根據(jù)《山東藝術(shù)學(xué)院公開招聘工作實(shí)施辦法》(山藝院字【2021】135號(hào))、《山東藝術(shù)學(xué)院外籍教師工作管理辦法》(山藝院字【2021】93號(hào)),制定此招聘計(jì)劃。
In order to further enhance the public recruitment of foreign teachers and improve the quality of faculty in Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, the recruitment plan is formulated in accordance with the Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment at Shandong University of Arts (SYY Zi [2021] No. 135) and the Management Measures for Foreign Teachers at Shandong University of Arts (SYY Zi [2021] No. 93).
一、招聘崗位、人數(shù)及聘用條件
I. Recruitment Positions, Recruiting Numbers and Requirements
擬面向社會(huì)公開招聘外籍教師5名。具體崗位及條件如下:
We plan to publicly recruit five foreign teachers, with specific positions and requirements as follows:
(一)專業(yè)人員需求
(I) Professionals in demand
1. 影像制作專業(yè)方向1名:影像制作,聲音、照明、調(diào)色、特效設(shè)計(jì);
1. One in the field of image production: image production, sound, lighting, color correction, and special effects design;
2. 新媒體藝術(shù)專業(yè)方向3名:界面設(shè)計(jì),虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí),AIGC應(yīng)用,新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)管理,數(shù)字交互技術(shù);
2. Three in the field of new media art: interface design, virtual reality, AIGC applications, new media operation and management, digital interactive technology;
3. 人物形象設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)方向1名:熟知化妝、服裝搭配、美甲等。

(二)聘用人員基本條件
(II) Basic requirements for recruitment
1. 遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律和法規(guī),無(wú)犯罪記錄及其他可能對(duì)學(xué)生安全和身心健康造成影響的疾病(如肺結(jié)核)和行為;
1. Compliance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, no criminal record, and no diseases or behaviors that may affect students' safety and physical and mental health (such as tuberculosis);
2. 熱愛高等教育事業(yè),師德高尚、學(xué)風(fēng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),有奉獻(xiàn)精神、團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神和創(chuàng)新精神,具備良好的道德品行和適應(yīng)崗位的身體條件、心理素質(zhì);
2. Passion for higher education, high professional ethics, rigorous academic style, a spirit of dedication, teamwork, and innovation, good moral character, and physical fitness and psychological qualities suitable for the position;
3. 應(yīng)具備相關(guān)專業(yè)的碩士及以上學(xué)位,年齡一般不超過(guò)55周歲;
3. A master's degree or above in a relevant field and an age within 55 years in principle;
4. 應(yīng)具備相應(yīng)的職稱或權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)鑒定的專業(yè)資格證書;
4. Corresponding professional titles or qualifications certified by authoritative institutions;
5. 至少具有2年以上相關(guān)專業(yè)教學(xué)工作經(jīng)歷,優(yōu)先聘請(qǐng)有漢語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的人員及有中國(guó)工作經(jīng)歷的人員;
5. At least two years of teaching experience in a relevant field, preferably a basic knowledge of the Chinese language and previous work experience in China;

(一)發(fā)布招聘信息
(I) Posting of job vacancies
通過(guò)山東藝術(shù)學(xué)院國(guó)際交流合作處官方網(wǎng)站https://gjjlhzc.sdca.edu.cn/及官方微信公眾號(hào)發(fā)布招聘信息,應(yīng)聘人員須及時(shí)關(guān)注查詢。
Job vacancies will be posted on the official website and the WeChat official account of the Office of International Exchange & Cooperation, Shandong University of Arts (https://gjjlhzc.sdca.edu.cn/). Applicants should monitor and check for updates regularly.

結(jié)合個(gè)人專業(yè)特長(zhǎng)及學(xué)校崗位需求申報(bào)崗位,將報(bào)名信息發(fā)送至以下工作郵箱
Applicants should declare their desired positions based on their professional expertise and our job requirements, and send the application information to the following emails:
因個(gè)人報(bào)名信息材料不完整、不及時(shí)導(dǎo)致未通過(guò)審核的,或因未及時(shí)查看通知影響考試,后果自負(fù)。
Failure to pass the review due to incomplete or untimely submission of personal application materials, or failure to check notifications in time leading to missing the exams, will be the responsibility of the applicant.
應(yīng)聘人員必須使用有效期內(nèi)的護(hù)照證件進(jìn)行報(bào)名,應(yīng)聘人員的姓名、證件號(hào)碼等個(gè)人信息必須真實(shí)一致。有擾亂報(bào)名秩序等行為的,查實(shí)后取消其本次報(bào)名資格。應(yīng)聘人員在應(yīng)聘期間的表現(xiàn),將作為公開招聘考察的重要內(nèi)容之一。
Applicants must use valid passports for registration, and personal information such as name and identification number must be accurate and consistent. Any individual engaging in disruptive behavior during the application process will have their application disqualified upon verification. The conduct of applicants during the application period will be a significant aspect of the public recruitment assessment.

Applicants must send PDF versions of their application materials to the designated email address. Original and photocopies of the materials must be provided during the on-site qualification review. Required application materials include:
① 申請(qǐng)人護(hù)照身份證明信息頁(yè)(原件掃描,PDF格式大小不超過(guò)1024kb)

② 中英文工作資歷證明(申請(qǐng)人原工作過(guò)的單位出具從事與現(xiàn)聘用崗位工作相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷證明,包括職位、工作時(shí)間或做過(guò)的項(xiàng)目、證明聯(lián)系人方式,需申請(qǐng)人原工作單位加蓋公章(如有)或負(fù)責(zé)人簽字。)
② Proof of work experience in Chinese and English (issued by the applicant's previous employer, detailing relevant work experience for the current position, including position, duration, projects undertaken, contact information of the verifier at the previous workplace with an official stamp (if available) or signature of the person in charge).

(三)資格審核
(III) Qualification review
資格審核分為資格初審和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資格復(fù)審。對(duì)應(yīng)聘人員的資格審查,貫穿招聘工作的全過(guò)程。應(yīng)聘人員提供的相關(guān)材料信息如有不實(shí),一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)取消應(yīng)聘資格。
The qualification review consists of a preliminary qualification review and an on-site qualification re-examination. The qualification review of applicants runs through the entire recruitment process. If any information provided by the applicant is found to be untrue, the qualification for application will be revoked upon discovery.
1. 資格初審
1. Preliminary qualification review
學(xué)校依據(jù)應(yīng)聘人員的報(bào)名信息進(jìn)行資格初審,資格初審結(jié)果通過(guò)郵箱通知,請(qǐng)及時(shí)關(guān)注。未按要求提交報(bào)名材料的,視為不符合報(bào)名條件,審核時(shí)不予通過(guò)。不明事宜要在規(guī)定的報(bào)名時(shí)間內(nèi)盡早咨詢,以免錯(cuò)過(guò)報(bào)名時(shí)間。
We will conduct an initial qualification review based on the applicant's registration information, and the results of the initial review will be notified via email. Please check your email in time. Failure to submit the required registration materials as instructed will be deemed as not meeting the registration requirements and will not pass the review. Any uncertainties should be clarified within the specified registration period to avoid missing the deadline.
2. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資格復(fù)審
2. On-site qualification re-examination
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資格復(fù)審的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)等有關(guān)事宜另行通知。進(jìn)入復(fù)審人員須按指定時(shí)間、地點(diǎn),由本人攜帶網(wǎng)上報(bào)名材料原件及復(fù)印件參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資格復(fù)審。未能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)向招聘單位提交有關(guān)材料的,視為放棄應(yīng)聘資格?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)資格復(fù)審與網(wǎng)上初審結(jié)果不一致,以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資格復(fù)審結(jié)果為準(zhǔn)。經(jīng)審查不具備應(yīng)聘條件的,取消其面試資格。
Details regarding the time and location of the on-site qualification re-examination will be notified separately. Candidates entering the re-examination must attend at the specified time and place, bringing the original and photocopies of the online registration materials. Failure to submit the relevant materials to the recruiting unit within the specified time will be considered as relinquishing the qualification for application. In cases where the on-site qualification re-examination results differ from the online initial review, the on-site results will prevail. Candidates found not meeting the application criteria during the review will have their interview qualification revoked.
(四)面試
(IV) Interview
面試內(nèi)容根據(jù)不同崗位、專業(yè)要求,采取自我介紹、說(shuō)課、作品展示、評(píng)委提問(wèn)答辯等方式進(jìn)行。主要考察應(yīng)聘人員從事崗位工作所具備的專業(yè)知識(shí)與技能、綜合素質(zhì)水平等。面試總分為100分,設(shè)定面試合格分?jǐn)?shù)線80分。面試成績(jī)?cè)诿嬖嚱Y(jié)束后及時(shí)公布。
The interview will consist of various components such as self-introduction, teaching demonstration, portfolio presentation and oral defense, tailored to different positions and professional requirements. It mainly assesses the professional knowledge, skills, and overall qualities of the candidates for the specific position. The total score for the interview is 100 points, with a pass mark set at 80 points. Interview results will be promptly announced after the interviews.
(五)公示聘用
(V) Public announcement of recruitment
對(duì)審核、面試合格的擬聘用人員,在學(xué)校國(guó)際交流合作處網(wǎng)站及官方公眾號(hào)統(tǒng)一公示,公示期為7個(gè)工作日。公示無(wú)異議的,進(jìn)行聘用流程,簽訂《外籍教師聘用合同》。受聘人員實(shí)行試用期考核聘用制度,試用期滿考核合格的正式聘用,不合格的解除聘用合同,考核方式按學(xué)校有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
Candidates who pass the review and interview will be publicly announced on the official website and the WeChat official account of our Office of International Exchange & Cooperation for a period of seven working days. If there are no objections to the announcement, the candidates will enter the recruitment procedure and sign "Foreign Teacher Employment Contract". Employed individuals will undergo a probationary period assessment system. Those who pass the probationary period assessment will be formally employed, while those who do not meet the requirements will have their employment terminated in accordance with our regulations.

Remuneration will be implemented in accordance with relevant national, provincial, and our university's standards.
